Last week, our Indian colleagues brought sarees to share with the wider team, creating a special opportunity to experience a part of their culture and heritage together. One, that is strongly represented across our teams, with about 400 Indian colleagues across our locations.
With a history spanning thousands of years, the saree is a garment reflecting a rich tradition of regional styles, craftsmanship and stories passed down through generations.
Seeing colleagues from different backgrounds come together with such openness and curiosity made the day truly memorable. One colleague shared that the day made her feel “at home”, while another described it as bringing “elegance, curiosity and cultural harmony” to Hamburg. 💙
