At Tiefenbacher Group, we attach great importance to the well-being and health of our employees. That’s why we offer two free Yoga and Pilates sessions every Tuesday to give our employees the perfect start to the day. 

Here are some of the benefits our employees experience from morning Yoga and Pilates:

Our free Yoga and Pilates sessions led by personal trainer Susann Gercken are an integral part of our corporate culture and help to improve the working atmosphere and increase the satisfaction of our employees.
